Please take a moment to familiarize yourselves with our “user” friendly site which has been created for you. The Council wants this site to become an easy tool for you to browse information pertinent to your needs.

Of course, we are still under construction and will be for a couple of months. We have future plans for all NEHC forms to be PDF rewriteable which will mean you will be able to apply for shows, memberships and horse registration on line by a push of a button! We will also be incorporating PayPay into our site for on-line payments as we continue to “Go Green”.
